Well I wasn’t supposed to pick up from Avon it was supposed to be Cleveland…Avon is 16 miles further away one way. I’m out of gas and time driving there compared to 3 miles away from where I originally scheduled it…I didn’t get any comp on fuel for extra driving and time and the cancellation on my unit came on Thursday less than 12 hours before pickup

Logan MWe have never had a bad experience with uhaul and have used them for the last 10 years with 2 in college and then taking new jobs out of state. Equipment is always ready and in good shape and customer service is great.
