Employee gave false information. Very lazy on U-haul rules and regulations. Didn’t seem to care. Very overpriced. I feel like I got taken!!! I won’t use this location or U-haul ever again.

CHRISTOPHER RI literally only used your service because I was bent over a barrel with my ex trying to extort my stuff. I knew I was going with the devil, but I had no other option, but I tell everybody about my story where my jeep got totaled on your tow Dolly. Look up, Grapevine, Texas google review. I tell everybody what to look for. I also tell them to take 1 million pictures but most people elect to just hire moving service after I tell them what I went through they found out it’s actually easier just to get AAA for one year with 250 miles of coverage then to even rent your trailer and pay for the fuel to tow your vehicle. This saves you all kinds of time you don’t need U-Haul what you need is AAA roadside 120 a year. No I don’t work for them. They just give you great service and that’s how I sell the bad service too everywhere I go. I’m more than just a review. I’m a walking customer that’s still looking at the total vehicle. But I do appreciate the rental. It was exactly as I thought it would be the cupholder was very Janky but other than that pretty reliable truck. But if I believe right, that thing has to go through an inspection before it’s handed out to people. I wonder what kind of Inspection to do go through because I have pictures to show different than whatever you say but as far as the truck, yeah it kept me from losing personal belongings.
