They charged me a deposit that was supposed to be refunded and was not able to receive it in any other form than check so now we are out 100 because of uhaul. The equipment we paid for was unusable. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone ever again.

Crystal AOnly concern was I had to get the truck at a different location , it would have been more convenient to have had the truck at the same location as the trailer where I ordered the truck.Other than that, overall the experience was great.
