This isn't necessarily a critique of Rapps, but an explanation of my displeasure with Uhaul. Rapps was not my initial pickup location. I was notified late the night before my pickup that my location moved to Rapps, which was 45 minutes away. My pickup time was 8 am. Upon arriving at Rapps, I see that they don't open until 10am. I called dispatch, they apologized and stated I would get a $50.00 credit for the inconvenience. Never saw it. The Rapps employee was kind, helpful and understanding of my frustration.

Reserved truck for 24 hours. The associate failed to put in full 24 hours. Also failed to communicate the truck needed to be returned to same location as pick up costing another 2 hours of travel. Thankfully the associate at West View was kind enough to explain and provide us with some leniency for us to return the rental
Dalten MMake your policy more clear. Too expensive. I would have never used this service if the policy was more transparent and I imagine that's why you have it that way. Someone else also got my vehicle and used my info to rent a truck. Your service at that location is a mess
MICHAEL MIf someone reserves a 20 foot truck at one location, don't bump them into a 26 foot truck as an 'upgrade'. I got stuck with a 15 foot truck from another location, and didn't have enough space for my stuff. A 26 wouldn't fit in the space I had available.
