Nan BThe personnel unhitched the trailer very quickly. That said, we had to go to the Batesville facility because the facility in Water Valley we were supposed to return the trailer had closed early without notifying us.
William LThe office needs a little bigger sign to designate the drop off building. The u-haul trailer’s parked on highway 6 suggest the drop off is at the auto repair shop NOT the trailer park back off highway 6 for after hours drop off. The owners though were extremely helpful!
Todd RNo staff present. No drop box available (as instructed to use per the uhaul app’s drop off instructions) However, easy enough. Drove it there, parked it appropriately, then left.
