Firstly, I needed a 10' Truck in Smithville Ontario, whereI live and where the furniture I was moving was stored and moving to Grimsby. I was advised that I could only pick up elsewhere - option for Beamsville. Busby's attendant was very efficient. I was surprized at the lack of any printed documents given. however, after the busy day of moving, I discovered that the receipt and agreement documentrs were sent to my email.. This is not at all business-like or conveinent for the Renter to read and understand the transaction just made, before taking off with the vehicle. The contract, receipt for payment and detailed instructions for operation of the vehicle should be provided in a printed form prior to taking vehicle possession . As it was, I declined the CDW whilst showing my own CAA Insurance document. So just nowseeing my receipt showings a charge of $16.

While my pick up experience was good. My phone experience with the booking rep was not. Zero stars. I booked from the Smithville location as both the website and the location dealer said the vehicle was available. I then got a call saying it wasn’t so I had to go further to get a vehicle. Which cost substantially more in mileage. Yet the vehicle in Smithville remained in the lot all day. I think this was a mileage money grab and I’m unlikely to use your service again.
