How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis response reflects U Haul overall,and does not reflect solely upon Chucks Auto. A recent confirmed reservation for a 9'cargo van was canceled by the office that originally confirmed availability for the cargo van. Upon talking to the employee at U Haul where the vehicle was confirmed,she came up with a lame excuse that the vehicle was not available due to the person that now had the vehicle needed more time. Well,the vehicle should have NOT been reserved and confirmed for our use,but since it was reserved for us,we should have had first choice since the extended request came in after we were confirmed. So now a dilemma,we were sent to Chucks Auto where we were told,we would receive the 9'cargo van as per original booking and confirmation for. Well,we didn't get the cargo van as promised even though one was on the lot for our presumed use. Now. The reason for the necessity of the cargo van,was due to low profile,easy in and out access to vehicle in all aspects. I am a disabled veteran ,who is also a Purple Heart recipient due to a inoperable bullet lodged against my spinal cord,and any wrong move or stress of region,could leave me in a wheel chair. Sadly,U Haul didn't seem to give a crap about my position and necessity to obtain and utilize their equipment safely and properly for all involved. If I could give a negative star rating,my rating would reflect on U Haul Corp. and the original location the fulfilled my requested needs,and it has no negative results for or towards Chucks Auto in Bechtellsville,Pa.
Nola GChuck and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They made the transaction a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Chuck's Auto!
