Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient The truck was severely in need of maintenance, as there was apparently something wrong with the suspension. This does not seem to be the fault of the staff at the location, but a problem with the system for checking and verifying that trucks are in good working order. It was not noticable until I took the truck out on the highway.

The staff was great and the truck in good condition. The problem was that after ordering the truck a month before, my pickup location was changed the night before. I had to drive 50 miles out of my way. That's not what I agreed to or paid for. This is the second time in a row they've made my drive a considerable distance from the pick up point I ordered originally.

Leah WNo comment on the staff, as we dropped off the trailer after hours, but when we called, they were very helpful in telling us where to park and assured us that we could drop off after hours. Parking lot was very easy to navigate and parking spots were neatly lined up so it was very easy to drop off the trailer.
