I do not think a u-haul location should be run out of a hotel. First off, it takes away from the experience the hotel guests should be provided, and the trailer was positioned really badly. My vehicle was already fully loaded with items so I couldn't see behind me to back up. They were completely useless on giving insights on how to load the trailer. Also, I don't know why my selected pick up location was switched in the first place.

debra rHad to talk to neighboring business to find where to go despite UHaul stuff everywhere. Finally spotted a little UHaul placard in one of the motel's bedroom windows. This is an unmanned location. Self trailer find. Self hook up. Brief talk with a remote person on a Kiosk computer screen. A motel receptionist showed up to take picture of hitch after doing everything myself.
