Nice clerk, so no issues there. Unfortunately, he didn’t tell me to do the text questionnaire before leaving. He took me out to the truck, turned it on and said I was ready to go. I happened to see it on my phone after I already arrived at destination. Then, the online form was not working well with using the phone camera. I had to call Bend U-Haul (the place I started and was open)to tell them what happened about not being told to fill form before leaving and the ability to take pics was not working well. Clerk told me to just take regular pics as they have a time stamp. I did. All was fine on the way to take truck back to the tow lot I got it from. Unfortunately, the last spot to park the truck was so tiny and cramped to get the truck backed into, that I didn’t feel confident to back the truck in. I parked it next to another truck temporarily so I could find the key drop off box. By luck, though the place was closed to public by 4hrs, there was a nice guy there parking his tow truck that said he could back the U-Haul truck in for me and close out the account. I left before he parked the truck from the temp spot I had it, so I’m sure he did fine putting it back. Also, I had from multiple clerks that trucks weren’t actually available though the online reservation said they were. Bend U-Haul sent me to one lot that had the truck I was needing and did a reserve on it for me. When I got there, they did not have it, but were able to get the last one reserved at the tow truck lot.

Tim FI've used this location twice and had a good experience, the staff is friendly and helpful. With my most recent rental "my truck" was sent to a different location, I was accommodated me and the staff had me out the door with a suitable replacement They were great. However, I was incorrectly charged for an additional day. I came into the location to have this corrected, Ramon, the store manager got on it. After a few days, my account had been refunded the overcharge. Ramon, did a great job.
