The Uhaul was completely out of gas when I picked it up. I was unsure of the gas mileage and didn’t want to have stop and get gas along the way so I filled the tank. It cost me over $150. I only used less than a tank. I feel like I was over charged $75 by Uhaul because I was not provided a truck with a full tank. What happened to the pay for what you use policy. Moving is hard and expensive enough.

Molly MI made the reservation for your hwy 97 office in Bend. It was a really, really bad connection & perhaps that’s why the problem. Instead of less than 5 miles and 1 hour as planned , it was 30 miles & 2 hours. Since the woman was really nice & professional, I wonder just how my reservation was sent somewhere else.
