I made the reservation for your hwy 97 office in Bend. It was a really, really bad connection & perhaps that’s why the problem. Instead of less than 5 miles and 1 hour as planned , it was 30 miles & 2 hours. Since the woman was really nice & professional, I wonder just how my reservation was sent somewhere else.

WE self checked out so I am not sure how the customer service is. The central Oregon regional manager named Michael was excellent, welcoming and super helpful.
Loren PTruck was parked so close to the next truck, that I couldn't even walk in-between. Trailers were parked behind the truck making backup challenging.
Edward KOdd looking place. It was closed. No one was there. Overall the rental was okay but I was disappointed that it was not made clear ahead of time as to the actual pickup and drop off locations. Also the power connection for the USB port did not work. Purchased a cigarette lighter adapter in Santa Fe and it failed before I reached my destination Bend Oregon
Bernard OMy reservation was easy and staff were prepared when I arrived. They helped me hook up the trailer and get all the safety stuff checked. Then when I returned, they helped again. Very professional.
