Easy pick up. Clear instructions from the staff at the pick up location. Vehicle was clean, parked in front and easy to access.
Molly MI made the reservation for your hwy 97 office in Bend. It was a really, really bad connection & perhaps that’s why the problem. Instead of less than 5 miles and 1 hour as planned , it was 30 miles & 2 hours. Since the woman was really nice & professional, I wonder just how my reservation was sent somewhere else.
ROBYN SWE self checked out so I am not sure how the customer service is. The central Oregon regional manager named Michael was excellent, welcoming and super helpful.
Loren PTruck was parked so close to the next truck, that I couldn't even walk in-between. Trailers were parked behind the truck making backup challenging.
