REINARD KI’d like to commend and thank Travis for making my U-Haul experience so seamless and stress-free, despite the issues and setbacks I encountered while moving my belongings. He had absolutely no problem extending my rental for another day and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. This location has so many U-Haul trucks, yet Travis runs the entire operation as a one-man show and he does an outstanding job. He’s truly a Superman when it comes to customer service and getting things done. It’s no wonder this location has such positive reviews. I would definitely come back and rent from Travis again. Vee Pit was great service - clean van, freindly people- fast and easy- definitely would recommend
Cherisse P- engine light was on - contract said my tank was half full, but I got the car 1/4 full - had to spend extra time with support line to get the gas resolved (luckily successfully, because I took documenting pictures proofing the location was wrong)
