How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe mobile pick up was among the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my entire life. It depended on an app which kept glitching. It depended on Geo location which was problematic on my phone, it depended on taking pictures of my face and license which were very difficult in the poor outdoor 8-10 pm lighting, I would've appreciated completing all of the pick up Information ahead of time. I thought I had completed what I needed to by putting in my address and my drivers license number but apparently not. I would never recommend mobile pick up to to my worst enemy it was horrible and I was sobbing by the end of it even though the support woman was very nice for two hours straight walking me through re-entering every single item of information five different times.
