The labor seemed very professional and fast, however, when we handled the unloading at the destination we found every piece of wooden furniture was damaged or severely broken. Expensive dining chairs were not wrapped or protected and set on metal shelving from the garage which resulted in irreparable damages.

Lisa HI can’t answer questions as to this location because the day before i was to pick up was called and told they didn’t have the truck i rented and i could pick up at another store, 40 miles away! Was informed that U hauls reservations were not actually “confirmed reservations”. Will never use gal again! And no, I would not recommend U-Haul to a friend, in fact i tell everyone about this experience.
