For starters, don’t change my location without telling me. And if you do, don’t change it to a location that is closed. We started our move an hour late because U-Haul screwed everything up.

Precious MThe only reason I'm giving an "average" and "cannot recommend" rating is because, when I was returning the trailer, a W/M with a beard, driving a Nissan Frontier bearing IN EJW791, approached me and was condescending, telling me that I couldn't leave the trailer there ("there" being the pull-in for check-ins, as designated by the signage), though he had no reason to believe I was planning on leaving the trailer there. I was merely following the instructuctions given verbally at pick-up as well as the instructions on the signage. He did not identify himself and, after I deposited the trailer in the same spot as it was when I picked it up (and where he had designated), I was unable to locate him to ensure it was to his satisfaction. The trailer was returned at approx. 1640 on 9/8/2026 at which time I found the office apparently closed as the door was locked. I have photos with metadata showing that I returned the trailer at that time and location. I'll be choosing another location next time if I find the need to rent from U-Haul in the future, only because of this individual's behavior.
