Worker was completely useless, left before my checkout was complete, called before arrival and did not advise I could not leave my vehicle there for the few hours I needed the truck, which required additional time and miles to move my car, the office smelled awful, overall there was zero assistance or customer service

he was helpful & allowed me to drop off vehicle as contract was agreed upon even though he at first said he could not take it due to amount he had on lot. appreciate him being flexible
Jeff TThey told me on a previous visit a couple of weeks ago that I could park in the back if I was only going to be a couple of hours. Did that’s couple of times with no problem. Tonight, I rented a van and was out less than two hours. They had my car towed. I am their customer and they towed my car. Who does that?
TIMOTHY HThe manager was extremely kind and patient. However, I was not allowed to leave my car on the lot. I couldn’t take it home and Uber because I live 1.25 hours away. It was difficult to find a place to park on the street. I had to check in and check out using my phone and there were issues with that. The gas cap would not come off and I wasted time trying to fill the van up. Then, it wouldn’t allow me to check out with my phone and I had a meeting to go to. However, the manager was very kind in the midst of my frustration.
