A very large, overweight, crabby guy behind the counter who was very rude. The customer service here is terrible, I would not recomend.

Quick and easy process
Heather DMatt and Aaron provide excellent service. We enjoy working with them every time we rent.
NICHOLAS SVery good experience. I probably did not read all of the information ahead of time so this very well could be my fault, but I was surprised by the time it took to check-in and check-out. It all makes sense now and I will just be prepared the next time. But if you did not clearly highlight this process ahead of time, I think it would be a good idea to do so. The only other feedback I have is that a couple of the blankets were pretty dirty with debris. No big deal...it was leaves and dust. But just letting you know. Thank you!
