The truck had some issues. It did not want to land in reverse very well. It was as if reverse wasn't there and it would stop on park or neutral. The window shield wipers were ineffective. Driver's side was worse. It was gentle rain and they did not work well enough to clear the windshield. The box leaked. My items got wet. Luckily these were items that would dry. The boxes could not be used unfortunately.. I never could get the rearview mirrors to adjust to see out of them properly. I pushed and pulled pretty hard. I was afraid to use any more force for fear that I would break them. The guys at Master Rental are wonderful. I only need a truck once a year so I would likely get a UHaul again in order to support that particular local business. Not impressed with the UHaul truck though.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMaster rental was great friendly. Fun fast in a timely manner very clean organized knew what they were doing very professional.
Misty STrailer was clean and not sure if they do this with every trailer but there were a couple different Dollie’s in there that ended up being a major help. Process of renting and returning was extremely easy. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to rent
Chris BI think thay have charged me for not refueling it, but I did. Please check that for me.
MOHAMMED AA very large, overweight, crabby guy behind the counter who was very rude. The customer service here is terrible, I would not recomend.
