We have used this location a couple times. The equipment is always ready, clean, and easy to find. The location is convenient. And the owner is kind and ready to help.
Jessica RJeremy arrived early, was able to get the vehicle started and loaded quickly. Very personable and answered all questions. Smooth transaction.
Tetta LTruck had multiple spots that were damaged that were not marked with stickers. Made sure to take pictures, truck also had less than a quarter tank of gas in it when picked up. 80 miles until empty, I mean really? Had to drive all over to find the truck at the back of the location parked in a random gravel parking lot
Bryce HMy reservation got moved to this location the day before and they ended up sending us to the wrong place to find our truck. Then when I came back to get the car tow trailer put on the truck, they hooked up the trailer, then disclosed they were unable to help load my car onto the trailer. I called the original Uhaul location to ask if they could help but they also said no. They also could not find my receipt for a mattress bag so then charged me a second time for the only size mattress bag they had in stock which was more expensive.
