Truck had multiple spots that were damaged that were not marked with stickers. Made sure to take pictures, truck also had less than a quarter tank of gas in it when picked up. 80 miles until empty, I mean really? Had to drive all over to find the truck at the back of the location parked in a random gravel parking lot

My reservation got moved to this location the day before and they ended up sending us to the wrong place to find our truck. Then when I came back to get the car tow trailer put on the truck, they hooked up the trailer, then disclosed they were unable to help load my car onto the trailer. I called the original Uhaul location to ask if they could help but they also said no. They also could not find my receipt for a mattress bag so then charged me a second time for the only size mattress bag they had in stock which was more expensive.
