Five people and I tried to return equipment at 8:am to 9:00am and all were told the same thing by a professional but very unhappy man on phone saying that equipment can ONLY be returned during open hours on contract!! Multiple people at gate got in when some employees came in the gate. We saw a dolled up female, 20's, standing at door doing nothing. A WORKING female came out at 9:am apologizing to all saying CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't open til 9:30 but that she would get us going. She was wonderful, took care of everyone dropping off equipment and was super nice to work with. She should be making 4x or more what the overly obvious office person makes and the owner should be taken out behind the woodshed by corporate, then sent to a business school to learn that a business doesn't run without customers and they have optimized for the ease of the business and maybe too big for britches office person. They had an entire crew working in the shop, on equipment everywhere but no one else. If you need something in town and simple, you might get by with this site but corporate should blackball this site for long distance for the disgrace this site demonstrates. It may be that this site has had so many move into the state that they are convinced customers grow on trees or that they have the market cornered! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
