Reserved truck 1 week in advance with a 7:00a pickup time through 24/7 truck share. Had to call customer service that morning, and it was confirmed the staff at this location did not input our reservation for self pickup, so we had to wait until they opened at 8:00a. Then, once the opened, the only staff there said they were not the “U Haul guy” and would try to help, but they did not know how to do anything. Took 45 minutes, and 2 calls with customer support. Of note, the appliance dollie we reserved was not on site or available. Then, the truck we were given had a bent frame to the point that it drove crooked down the highway; we had to have the steering wheel turned to 9 o’clock just to drive straight. If the front passenger corner was grazing the rumble strip on the highway, then the rear driver side corner was still hovering over the yellow line. It essentially looked like it was crab walking down the road. We will be writing a public review for future customers to avoid this location, and intent to reach out to customer service about getting some of our funds back. This was the worst truck rental experience we’ve ever had, and made moving even more stressful than it already was.

Just didn't know they would mail me check but it's all good

Todd HHad to wait 30 minutes before I could get help picking up the truck, due to the “manager not being present”, which led to the movers having to wait. The guy handing me the keys for the truck and trailer was no help with instructions on the trailer and offered no assistance with spotting me when driving the car onto the trailer—only said “it’s your problem “. I’ve never had issues with uhaul prior to this experience with the Bolivar, MO location.
