Had to wait 30 minutes before I could get help picking up the truck, due to the “manager not being present”, which led to the movers having to wait. The guy handing me the keys for the truck and trailer was no help with instructions on the trailer and offered no assistance with spotting me when driving the car onto the trailer—only said “it’s your problem “. I’ve never had issues with uhaul prior to this experience with the Bolivar, MO location.
