Overall the driving with this trailer was bad. Over time, about 5 to 6 hours driving, we discovered that the trailer started increasingly shaking. This jerking increased more and more during the last 6 hours of driving and became uncomfortably bearable, such that normal driving could not be maintained. One had to adjust speed frequently to minimize jerking. Even at low speed under 30mph the trailer "hobbled“ pretty bad. Once we arrived at our destination, I found my lock at the trailer door missing. The furniture I had secured with rope in the trailer came loose and moved about in the loading area. Upon return to the U-Haul center the attendant discovered that one of the tires was bad / had a bubble on one side of the running surface.

Amos JWe were charged a fuel fee but filled it up ourselves. When we called to report, we were told she could not override it because we had put in the miles and fuel ourselves. We did not use the app which is how we were told we would enter it. She did not offer to help so we are out the money.
