Doug JBest U-Haul experience I've ever had, and as a frequent flyer there have been a lot of them. Shawn, the owner of this facility keeps his trucks clean, his customer service is top notch, and you can tell he just gets it. Didn't have much of an expectation around customer service because we're just renting a truck, but driving away from his facility the last time I rented a truck made me wonder why a person shouldn't expect good customer service even when renting a U-Haul. Will definitely continue supporting this family business in the future.
