The staff is pleasant and inviting and usually available. It's very inconvenient to learn after the fact of rental that this facility is not open on Sundays for returns. The staff always seem to have computer issues at this location causing delayed return check-ins.

My comments have nothing to do with the location, but with the process. I made a reservation to pick up at a certain time, date, and location. I received a call the day before my pickup telling me that the 10' van I requested was not available, but there would be a 15' available. I went to pick up the truck on Saturday (per my reservation) to find out that they changed my pick up date as well. This was a problem, as I would have to load, unload, and get back in the same day now. We were able to figure this all out, and then while I was unloading, I received a call saying I would have to drop off in a different location than what I selected. I chose a drop off in the same town that I was moving items to. The caller wanted me to take it to Boone, which was the opposite direction of where I needed to go. I was also told I was responsible for the additional gas required to get it there. So I used my time and money to help run your business with no compensation after my schedule for the weekend got wrecked.
Andrew MDear UHaul We have rented several trailers over the last 8 years for moving our kids from collages to collages. We have always had good quality trailers and excellent customer service from U Haul The only issue I have is with the trailer tongue area. There is no tongue jack which makes it almost impossible unhook and hook up the trailer tongue area the trailer ball When unhooking the trailer it’s all I can do to get it lifted up and DROPPING the tongue on the ground, which is Very Dangerous!! The trailer tongue jack is a must have for the trailers that I have rented. I hope that you can address this issue in the future. Thank you
Mike bTrailer was ready when I got there. There was the nicest older gentleman that was so help and sweet. He made the experience even better with his personality and smile. He was the same gentleman that was there when I dropped it off and though Id had a very long day, he put a smile on my face and made dropping off easy and pleasant. I will definitely rent from this location again.
Alexandrea WDon't make the customer travel to get the U Haul. I reserved the unit from the place closest to me and UHaul sent me to another location to pick the trailer up.
