Computer processing in a more timely manner. I was told they had a new computer processing system that they were having difficulty with. I had to wait in the car for 11/2 hours with 2 babies in the truck for the rental to get processed. I had contacted them the night before for processing and they had the same problem. They did the best they could under the circumstances! We rented a truck in Ames Iowa 2 weeks ago and the rental process was quick and a smooth process! On the other hand I was not informed that I’d need a jack to unhitch the trailer at drop off and no one was around to help.

Didn't inspect anything except fuel level. I was told to return with 3/4 tank gas. They said that wasn't enough and didn't give me the opportunity to go across the street and add more fuel. Simply charged me $9 extra.

KATHRYN CI have nothing against this location otherwise the people running it. The issue I have is with the Uhaul policy of making the customer go a different location, sometimes many miles away from the location where they ordered the service from.
