The staff was very kind, but appeared to be past retirement age and wasn't comfortable with the software.

The truck was dirty inside, the gentleman working didn't know how to use the computer for check in, it took a very long time, the hood on the truck flew open when it was driven away the hood latches were all undone and he set up drop off farther away than needed causing extra cost. Very very unhappy with my u haul experience this time.
Lori CU haul did not make my move easy, we had to drive farther then needed to get the equipment, the person did not know what he was doing at all was very very disappointed by u haul the representative was very rude..not cool..the drop off was over 30 miles away and I was charged more miles then was necessary.
Lori CThe poor old guy couldn’t return my trailer . It took over 20 minutes and he had to call someone on phone. Also UHaul changed drop off location the day before and I had to drive 20-25 miles out of route . What have reservations if you are not going to stick to it !
Ronald SThe staff is pleasant and inviting and usually available. It's very inconvenient to learn after the fact of rental that this facility is not open on Sundays for returns. The staff always seem to have computer issues at this location causing delayed return check-ins.
