We checked the lights before leaving and everything was working. On our way we stopped for gas east of Iowa City. Somewhere along the way the trailer wire got frayed and we did not have lights on the trailer. Fortunately we were at the I80 truck stop that had just about everything needed, however, the wire that worked with the proper attachment was too short to replace the wire. So, I was able to remove some wire from my purchase and splice it with the wire that was on the trailer. Used to medical tape to cover it up and it worked.

The check-in process in the app did not work as intended. I talked to the rep and he said it sometimes glitches so I was given the go ahead after I took pics.
Stephen CThe app did not work for me to get photo of rear of truck or any of the sides. Had to wait twenty minutes on hold to get this resolved. It was pouring rain the entire time, and had to go out numerous times in rain to attempt to take photos. First person on help line had to refer me to second person Very inefficient.

Kendra WThe truck was dirty inside, the gentleman working didn't know how to use the computer for check in, it took a very long time, the hood on the truck flew open when it was driven away the hood latches were all undone and he set up drop off farther away than needed causing extra cost. Very very unhappy with my u haul experience this time.
