Mark CUhaul changing my reservation and having me drive 160 miles to a Uhaul after I had reserved one 1 miles from my house. Then sending me home, an 80 mile drive back with an extreme safety hazard. Gas unknowingly to us leaking from our uhaul for 80 miles. You guys cut our gas line. Then sent us home in a vehicle that we got lucky didn’t catch on fire. Then giving me barely any compensation is not okay. You could have ended my life. Then you give me 300 dollars. Your company’s purposely cut our gas line, sent us home with the hazardous, extremely dangerous vehicle, we are lucky we didn’t lose our lives. The you give us basically a slap on the wrist. Putting our lives at risk, putting us in a moving bomb. Making us drive 180 unnecessary miles out of our way, then having us unload and reload our truck because of your incompetence, adding an extra day to our plans, so having us reschedule all of our hotels, stops, ETA for our apartment which costed us money by the way. Then giving us $300 of compensation is not okay.
Caitlin WThis site was so fabulous to work with! The staff named CRASH was amazing! The other staff needs some time to work through the system. But other than that it was great! Definitely would recommend! Honestly when I moved here a year ago, this site was not an option to drop off. I had to drive 20 additional miles and ended up going over my mileage. I could have saved time and money had this site been an option to drop off on the system.
