Has scheduled a pick up at one location but had to go to another and when I got there door was locked my pickup was for 9 am, got there at 9:15.

Ron WThey had an out of service trailer on their lot and the in service trailer across the highway in another lot. The employee had to make two trips across the road to get information off the trailer prior to rental. He was not computer savvy at all so he used his phone to complete the rental application one peck at a time. Instead of sending the authorization to me he sent it to one of my references. Then when he entered my credit card info into his phone he apparently entered the incorrect information because it was declined and he had to do it again. I hope his phone was secure!!!
