Equipment was clean and kept nice but the box on the truck leaks water so when I moved my stuff it got wet inside the box.

Michael MI did not receive the size I ordered. 24 hours ahead I received a call that it was not available. The one I got was too small. We had to make 2 trips. Not what we planned.
Ross- rIt took 45 minutes to get access to the keys because the App crashes every time you try to upload your ID, and then when it stops crashing it just tells you that it has failed to upload.
LOGAN BI didn’t have a great experience. The online check in system was faulty and the WiFi in the area was not working. It took over 45 minutes to check in and get the key. I pre paid for the moving and furniture dolly and It was not in the back of the truck as promised. My work partner and I had to work harder, rather than smarter to move the furniture I purchased. I then called U-Haul and was told I would be speaking with a manager and I never did. I was beyond upset and an hour late for my pick up and appointment. My body hurts and I ended up paying over $300 for this truck rental including gas and extra insurance purchase. My advice is don’t promise something and under deliver. The moving dolly’s were essential and you failed me and my moving partner. Please do the little things correct and then I would be happy to say I had a great experience. My experience was poor and I paid a lot of money for no service.
