Location was great. U-Haul website and App horrible. Was asked to do a review to receive a small credit and could never get it to work. Tried a chat and waited on hold forever but never received help.

Lauro DThe original rental location in Kyle, TX was a very frustrating disaster. Basically several (6-7 parties) people with reservations were waiting for someone to show up. After 2 hours everyone had to find other options. The Buda location was a much better experience.
