HERIBERTO JI arrived for my rental pick up at 8am and no one showed up until 9.20 am ! I want my money back, I had three guys waiting at a job to load up the van and I had to pay them $28 an hour to be waiting around. Please have someone reach out to me
Sean OVery unprofessional people First day I went to pick up my reserved truck and they told me sorry is not back yet and that guy who works there left and left one older guy who doesn't know how to deal with computer so I had to go back next day And next day was fine I rent a truck and I paid with cash 200$ and at 5:30 I went back to return it and that guy was not there to reimburse me even that is sad on the sign the store closed by 7 or 8 I'm not that sure So the order works told me oh my friend you have to come back tomorrow for your money Very very unprofessional I'm at work today and not able to go for my money so it comes that they stole my money
