Not having an actual office was different. Standing outside in the heat wasnt fun. If it had been raining I would have left. The interior of truck had not been swept out. It wasnt filthy but wasnt clean. There was not dolly when we opened door. As we were 20 miles away from house returning was not an option. The lady we did business with was pleasant . Courteous. And seemed to be knowledgeable. But it just wasnt a good experience for me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLady was rude and not friendly
margarite fThe truck was great, the part of getting the truck and returning it wasn’t very clear and time consuming. When I picked the truck up I wasn’t able to upload before pictures (we took them and have them on our phones) but they wouldn’t upload.
Emilee TCheck engine light was on, but no symptons. I suspect it refers to a routine maintenance cycle.
Christopher EFirst pick up site did not have the equipment I reserved. I was sent some 20 minutes away to another town to pick up equipment. The second location was helpful even though they never got out of their truck. Half the lights were not working but I had a tow light kit in my vehicle so I accepted the equipment.
