If you are using cellphone after hours pickup you cannot use "Spring Branch" for the city the app does not like it. After calling corporate u-haul customer service we tried using a different address that was not "Spring Branch " and it worked. I had to use the address location where I was pickup up in Canyon-Lake. Plus if requesting an Uber to leave have you cellphone charged because i had to request an Uber 10+ times to finally get a driver.
