Picked up on Saturday and returned on Sunday… billed for 2 days. Contacted rental location but never received a response.

Michael CI received a bill for additional charges that I am disputing with my credit card company. I was told that I would receive a phone call. That never happend. I just received a bill. I picked up the car with 1/16 tank of gas and returned it with more gas than I received and still received a bill. Unacceptable.
Patrick BWe brought the truck back with the exact amount of gas that it had when we picked it up. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE GAS GAUGE. This location scammed us. Charged me $20 for 3 gallons of gas, despite us making sure it had the exact amount of gas it had when we picked it up. Which was a quarter tank FYI. Do not drop off at this location. They'll rob you.
Elizabeth AI rented the truck for two days on 4/9/26 had it less than 24hrs and returned 4/10/26 because I had finished early they said i returned this rental on 4/11/26 mind you I did this all on the u haul app so then on top of that B&B lounge hit me with another charge of $29.43 cents if i don’t get refunded for the extra day im taking you to small claims court and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
