I received a bill for additional charges that I am disputing with my credit card company. I was told that I would receive a phone call. That never happend. I just received a bill. I picked up the car with 1/16 tank of gas and returned it with more gas than I received and still received a bill. Unacceptable.

We brought the truck back with the exact amount of gas that it had when we picked it up. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE GAS GAUGE. This location scammed us. Charged me $20 for 3 gallons of gas, despite us making sure it had the exact amount of gas it had when we picked it up. Which was a quarter tank FYI. Do not drop off at this location. They'll rob you.
Elizabeth AI rented the truck for two days on 4/9/26 had it less than 24hrs and returned 4/10/26 because I had finished early they said i returned this rental on 4/11/26 mind you I did this all on the u haul app so then on top of that B&B lounge hit me with another charge of $29.43 cents if i don’t get refunded for the extra day im taking you to small claims court and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Dennis PThe vehicle was filthy upon pick up. It still had the last renters paper print out info in cup holder. The gas tank cover broke 2 nails trying to.get it off. No windshield wiper fluid. I declined insurance but was still charged for it. Awful experience
