How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop-off location was closed, which I knew in advance, but the fenced lot where I was supposed to drop-off the trailer was gated and locked and the U-Haul customer support person I spoke with by phone said I couldn't leave the trailer on the street outside the lot. Totally unsaftisfactory experience, both pickup and drop-off. Will look hard for alternatives next time I need a rental.
John HExcellent Service, Friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say

MICHAELA HU-Haul switched my deserved location to this one that was over 49 minutes away. The trailer had loose tie down points and the lights weren’t reliable.
