Didn’t have the truck I payed for at this location. They also didn’t have the correct hand truck. Charged me for another one.
Cyntalia BOrdered the trailer to be picked up at 7. U Haul switched my pick up location and they did not open until 8. My attempts to check in with the app did not work.
