Some kind of large animal feces was dumped in the middle of the 5x9 trailer and they had no interest in cleaning it. Owner was also frustrated that the unit wasn’t backed in perfectly to the space upon return because of limited space to negotiate. Had little interest in disengaging it and moving it six feet. Aldo charged a fee for something never approved and have to call for refund.

Rental is too expensive. Milage charges, especially.
Stephen WI was charged fuel surcharge even though I made a point of replenishing the gas that I used. I rented the box car to go a total of 15 miles and added 2 gallon of gas. Yet I was charge a fuel surcharge after my final bill was paid. I asked for proof but I haven’t gotten it as promised. It seems shady that the surcharge for the fuel wasn’t included on my final bill. I received a notice of the extra surcharge for fuel hours later via email.
Alexander TA man met me in the dropoff location and disconnected the trailer and told me I was good to go. I asked for some kind of confirmation and he said he would take care of it. I was expecting a paper receipt that showed I returned the trailer in good condition.
Lisa WGarage was typical and staff was friendly. The windshield wipers were in desperate need of replacement. It rained the majority of the time I had the rental and I could not see properly out of the windshield bc of how poorly the wipers were.
