I returned the truck when I was supposed to. Tried to use the app to return it wouldn't work.Drop the keys,truck with same fuel on time.Charged me a fuel charge and didn't check my truck in until the next day at noon. Not a good experience,I've rented Uhaul for years never had anything like this.

JEFFREY NI don’t know how it can be improved. It was great. Par, the U-Haul rep, was so nice, experienced and was very personable. He made it so easy. I was in and out in a few minutes. Great experience.
