Dealer (Indian man and his boss on the phone) ignorant as ALL get out. Accused me of trying to steal the payment from them because when we came to pick up the trailer, I gave the guy the physical card and it removed the money from my account even though it said pending. We went inside to talk to him about why the U-Haul app was trying to make us pay again because we were confused and he called his boss, and his boss started accusing us of lying and theft, because we had to shut our card off later that day on the pickup day due to fraud charges (unrelated to this U-Haul rental) and our card got shut off and a new one was sent. But because we didn’t have the physical card for the new card he was trying to say that we were stealing from them. Also, it took us a little over an hour just to be able to pick up the trailer on the day of the reservation because the clerk the first Indian guy had to call his boss multiple times more than five times because he was sleeping so we weren’t able to actually pick up the trailer for an hour.

The staff here was a bit surly, and made me feel like I was imposing by dropping off my trailer. We returned the trailer a day early, and yet I got a notification that the trailer had not been returned at all. A quick call the customer service remedied the situation, and it turns out that the personnel at this location had never checked in the trailer, which could have resulted in additional fees for me. I would drive a good distance to not have to use this location again.
Louis CThe only thing is when I checked the truck back in, the guys weren't aware that U-Haul has truck share and you can check the truck back in on your own. They were asking me for the mileage. At first they didn't believe me but then they went in and checked the computer and they saw that I had checked the truck back in and everything was paid for. They said maybe a little bit more education needs to be circulated about truck share to the U-Haul network.
ERIC JRude rude rude. Employee barely communicated, most was done by pointing, grunting and nodding. Returned the equipment early but was not checked in properly causing additional work and stress to myself as well as other uhaul staff.
Nicole Ftook a very long time to get my trailer ( NOTE; that I did my reservation on line the day before) First off I could not understand the rep he had very bad accent and he was behind glass and rows of lotto tickets and many other products, could not even see him. He started to help me and everytime someone came in he would help them and than come back to me ( there was to employees and that somewhat helped) they wanted to charge me more adding insurance and was redoing my reservation, when I already did my reservation the day before . I Had to hook up the trailer myself, they just gave me an equipment number. When I got to the trailer a wasp nest was under the hitch, not very happy with that and because of the delays for all of this..I was late and could not get what I had come for A COMPLETE LOSS FOR ME ! I am a frequent renter and use Uhaul much,, but I do have other alternatives and will question renting from Uhaul again....
