They REALLY need a light by the key pickup location. Registering by phone for pickup is very difficult because you have to take photos of your license on the dark. Would be so much easier with a light. Also, I kept getting “not at the proper location” when trying to log into the app for pickup”. I had to find the key kiosk in order for it to recognize the location. Signs as to where the key kiosk is located would be helpful.

Michael VWhen the eick was dropped off the store was closing. I was charged 30.00 extra with no notification on the charge. I felt that I should have at least been told what that charge was for.
CHERIL HReturn was prompt and uncomplicated. Convenient location. Desired location for truck/trailer wasn’t obvious - but they just took care of things.
Peter Wi thought everything was great. Jill was especially helpful from the Clare location
