When I dropped off my rental, nobody was there. When I called, the lady who answered, said the location was closed and to just leave the rental there. I was not comfortable with this at all. The hours on the door clearly stated that it should be open however nobody was there.

William SU-Haul changed the pick up and drop off locations several times without contacting me and made the pick up and drop off process difficult. I drove nearly 40 minutes to the drop off location I recommended to be told they do not except 26 foot trucks and that I had to go to a different location.
