I asked for clarification on the fuel if they could check And see if it was enough. They said no you will get receipt and it will tell you ended up charging me for 2 gallons and my total miles was 16 miles. Definitely don’t use 2 gallons of gas to go 16 miles.

When returning the equipment, I was surprised to be told that I had a limited-mileage rental—which was not what I had booked or what the employee confirmed when I picked up the truck. Another surprise was finding that the final price differed from the one confirmed in the company's app. I will not rent from you again.
Pablo CSignal light was not working. Employees do not help the customer to hook up the equipment, they just inspect the equipment after you pick up or drop. Customer service not that good
