How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey charged me a $50 cleaning fee and I have returned the equipment in perfect cleaning condition. No one checked the trailer when i returned. I did the employee job when i picked up and when i returned the trailer, they never left the office, they sent me to pick the trailer up and to return it to the location around the corner. My surprise was when i checked the receipt that they sent by email

Chad SThis location is A1, clean quick and easy 10/10.
JULIO VThe truck was given to me at 1/4 tank of gas. Why on earth would I rent a truck to move my furniture, only to have to stop right away and get gas? Additionally, the insurance was phrased as though it were a mandatory purchase even though it is not.
