This was my worst experience ever . No one was here and no one answered the phone number given . I ended up having to call another location to help me . I would NEVER do this again . This whole process took about and hour and a half to finally get on the road with the truck .

Thomas SI had trouble getting the location services usable on the website. I had to download the app in order to be able to return the truck - which is ridiculous since I couldn't use the app to pick up the truck and had to use the website for that. Having to return the truck when the location is closed for business also is ridiculous since then there is no one to ask for assistance.
