JASON LEverything was great. But the headlights suck. They need to be pointed up more. They didn't light up the road ahead of the truck, they pointed at the ground. Other than that, it was great.
Ross RI’m still waiting for a refund on mileage. I use the app to get the keys and put in what I thought would be 30 miles but I only used eight. I saw I was charged for 30 miles at $1.39 per mile and was told I would get a refund. I I was told they only had a 25 foot van and none of the less expensive ones but when I drove by later, there were several less expensive onesin the lot. My test got canceled and when I returned the van 45 minutes later, I was told with a rude attitude from the operator that there were no refunds. The manager or operator was very, very hurt and unpleasant. His name was Corey.
