You are asking the wrong questions. My experience with U-haul was frustrating. No $50 reservation guarantee given although contacted after my pick up time. Sent to 2 other locations due to no truck at chosen location. No one at 2nd location. Waited. Called. No answers. Return to 1st and sent to 3rd which was much farther and charged more mileage. Suggest mileage free that is above what expected to have if drive farther for pick up and drop.off. 3rd place more remote and had difficulty with U-haul app. They had no paper to print paperwork. (U-haul app does not work well even with better connection.) 2 hrs late starting move..Returning truck with app difficult. Only positive experience as Jillian assisting with return later that evening when realized that my account was still active. Would not recommend U-haul. Stop relying on being better known and work toward just being better.
Trent WLuke was super nice and helpful. However, the truck was in poor condition. The passenger side-view mirror kept swinging in and out and was useless, which was dangerous, as there is no windshield rearview mirror. The visor kept falling down, and even the plastic hook that secures it to the top of the cab/headliner was not attached at all and fell out and onto the ground. The back/cargo area of the truck felt and sounded like it was loose from the cab of the truck and kept bouncing up and down, so that I had to drive 25-35 MPH the entire way. It was awful over uneven ground, even a crosswalk at a high school made the truck shake badly. I would recommend this place to a friend since the customer service was really good, but I would hope to have a safe, completely working vehicle next time.
Erika ANo one on site , so we didn’t really know were to leave the equipment, could have used a sign explaining that you could drop behind the home on the property so we walked around and figured it out
Don PIt was at a house in the middle of nowhere, no one was there and had to wait 15 mins for anyone to show up. Once they showed up the customer service was excellent.
