The truck we rented wasn’t clean. The cab had balls of black fur and dirt inside, and the seats reeked of sweaty body odor. The box had to be swept out before I could load our belongings. Ultimately, it worked to move stuff from A to B, but nothing about it was pleasant. I’ve rented lots of UHaul vans and trucks for work, and none have been as grubby as this truck.

I was charged for more milage then I went - was not happy about that
Patience CThe uhaul site was extremely slow. The person checking me out was struggling to get the transaction to go through. I was at the site for 45 minutes before I was able to take the van. He called uhaul and was dealing with them directly. He was courteous and professional even though we were both very frustrated.

david sU-Haul needs to make sure their agents are fully stocked with appliance hand trucks. I was moving a fridge single handedly and had to improvise with my own straps and a standard hand trucks. I don’t blame the agent for this. Marvin’s Midway in Colchester were friendly and efficient and represented U-Haul well. Overall they were easy to do business with. I’ve rented there before and will be back next time I need a truck.
