How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service representative was excellent. I noted the fuel was lower than what was stated on the original contract. In fact, it only had enough for 50 miles. So I had to get gas on my way out as opposed to the way back. He did inform me that it got about 10 miles per gallon so I was able to figure out how much gas I would need. Overall, the helpfulness of the staff was excellent. It was a little confusing, bringing the truck back after hours. I was able to figure it out using the app. It just was time consuming, especially at the end of the day after moving all day. Other than that, it was a good experience.
