How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure you give correct information. I was suppose to pick up at one location and was told they didn't have them there. That I needed to fine another location to pick up. Luckily there was a location close. Should not send confirmation for one place and have to run around to find.
Deborah PI was overly charged for gas and the gas gage did not move, meaning it was broken. I added gas and the gas gage was broken.
Latrice CPlease put air in the left rear tire. Is is not the sensor,. The tire really needs air in it. Customer service was excellent from Smokey and the older gentleman. The office was clean, cool, pleasant odor, bathrooms were cleaned also. I was very happy with my services and I will return and recommend any to this location. Thank you for an awesome experience.
