This location is inside of a laundromat where random people are just hanging around outside. I tried to do everything online, but my phone couldn’t keep service so I had to go inside and deal with a 20 minute process. I told the man I did not want the insurance and he charged me for it anyway. Then the van I rented was parked near the busy highway. Nope. Won’t be coming back here.

Truck was not available when I arrived at my designated time. Previous customer had not yet returned it. Had to wait 2.5 hours t get it. However, the attendant (Smokey) was very helpful and kept me updated. He had the truck ready to go when I came back to get it.
Herman JI strongly advise against visiting this location. My truck was infested with roaches, and I had to resort to extreme measures before I could even use it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have another option at the time, so I was charged an additional day for pest control.
Ebonee NI would make customers aware that they need to go inside to get the key and be let in the gate. The mobile pickup doesn't provide this information.
