You can honor the quote amount I selected to pay. My order was to be $22.17. when I got there I was charged $57.00. That was more than double the quote. And no gas was in the vehicle and I was told to fill it up. I will not be recommending any one to this location or with Uhaul. I want my money back!!!!!

The truck I drove rattled my think. Feels like the front needs some work.
DAVID AWhen picking up the rental truck, everything seem to be fine. Only upon returning the truck did were we told that we were supposed to receive a text message with a link to take pictures of the vehicle as well as the odometer and gas gauge. That text message was never received.In addition upon returning the truck the attendant made an error when he recorded the return mileage on the truck, causing me to be charged for 300 additional miles. While eventually, a credit was issued it did cause it to be a stressful return process.
